What this is

BookEhm is a directory and a scheduling board. Homeowners use it to find licence-checked trades and to post property showings. Professionals and realtors use it to be found and to claim work. We are not the contractor, not the broker, and not a party to the invoice.

The profiles, reviews, listings, and showings in this build are fictional records assembled so the product can be used end to end. Licence numbers, brokerage names, and street addresses are sample data. Do not rely on them for a real hire or a real showing.

Accounts

This demo signs you in as one of three sample people: a homeowner, a professional, or a realtor. There is no password. In a production system, realtors would have to match an Arizona Department of Real Estate licence before a claim button worked, and professionals would have to match a Registrar record before a profile went live.

Quotes, jobs, and reviews

A quote request is a message, not a contract. A review can be filed only against a closed job whose invoice number matches. Rank is affected by rating and measured reply time. Paying BookEhm does not buy a higher position. This demo does not take payment.

Showing Service

When you post a showing you set the fee, the window, and the access instructions. The first realtor to claim it locks the card. The fee is owed only after the showing is confirmed. Posting an address in this demo does not notify a real person.

Acceptable use

Don’t post an address you don’t have the right to show. Don’t file a review for a job that didn’t happen. Don’t scrape the directory in order to republish the sample records as if they were a live market.
