What stays on this device

This demo stores the day or evening theme, sign-in persona, quotes, reviews, saved profiles, and showing-board changes in localStorage on your browser. Nothing is sent to a BookEhm server, because there isn’t one in this build.

Clearing site data wipes the demo’s memory. The seed directory returns.

What we would collect in production

Account name, role, licence number, messages between a homeowner and a pro, invoices used to unlock a review, showing addresses, and claim timestamps. Addresses of showings are visible to signed-in realtors because that is the product. They are not a marketing list.

We would not sell a ranking. We would not take a payment to hide a review. The assistant that reads a job description runs a keyword matcher on the device. If a hosted model is ever added, it gets the sentence you typed and the names of the top two matches, and it is told not to invent statistics.
