About BookEhm

A Phoenix directory with one unusual board

BookEhm is a way to hire for a house without guessing which badge was bought. The directory covers the trades people actually call — electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, landscapers, painters — and the realtors who work the same neighborhoods.

The piece that isn’t a copy of anyone else is Showing Service. A homeowner posts a showing, names the fee, and the first licensed agent to claim it gets the appointment. No bidding war. No phone tree.

The numbers you can check

The directory in this app lists every profile we have a public record for, and the counts on the homepage are computed from that list. There is no “50,000 professionals” line, because we will not print a number we cannot point at. Mean rating, median reply, licence status, open showings, and open houses all come from the same records you can click.

One profile is deliberately unfinished: Bricklow Handyman Co. has a licence pending and no insurance on file, so the filters and the record panel have something honest to refuse.

What we don’t check

Workmanship. That is what a review is for, and a review requires a closed job. The longer version is in the guides.
