How a review gets onto a profile

Closed job, matched invoice, then it can be written.

A review on BookEhm is tied to a job that already happened. The homeowner and the professional both have the invoice number. If those don’t match, the review is not published. Friends, cousins, and people who “just want to help the rating” do not get a form.

The text can be critical. We don’t edit a three-star into a five. We remove addresses, phone numbers, and threats, and we say when we have. The star sits next to the job type and the date, because “5.0” without a job is how directories learn to lie.

A professional cannot answer a review by paying for a higher row. Reply time and rating change the sort. Money does not. That is a product rule, not a slogan on the footer.

In this demo, Dana Ruiz has one closed job with Vega Electric — invoice INV-20411 — specifically so you can see the form appear only after the job is closed.
